Cacao Ceremony

In this workshop we will learn about the origins of Cacao, the benefits to the body, mind and spirit and how to prepare and serve it.  After the workshop we will gather in circle and I will serve the Cacao before a gentle and nourishing meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.  There will also be an opportunity to purchase Ceremonial Grade Cacao on the day if you wish.  I only use Ceremonial Grade Cacao for my Ceremonies, responsibly sourced and made with love by families in Peru and Guatemala.
